## What does Setkim Kimya manufacture?

We manufacture four product groups at our plant in Tuzla, İstanbul: car care chemicals, marine products for yacht and boat care, industrial general cleaning chemicals, and carpet cleaning products.

## What is the difference between Divortex, Ekinoks and Vortex?

All three brands come out of the same laboratory and the same production line. What separates them is the sector they serve. Divortex Car Care covers vehicle care, Divortex Marin yachts and boats, Divortex Industrial Cleaning industrial cleaning, Ekinoks carpet care, and Vortex Car Care vehicle care. Export activity is conducted under the principal Divortex brand.

## What is touchless (brushless) washing?

A washing method in which no brush touches the vehicle: the chemical is applied with a foam cannon and lifts the dirt on its own. Setkim Kimya was the first producer to introduce this product group to the Turkish market.

## How are distribution and bulk supply enquiries handled?

Enquiries submitted through the contact form are reviewed by our team. We assess your requirement and respond with a product and dosage recommendation suited to your working conditions.

## Which countries do you export to?

We export to Europe, the Middle East and Russia. Our export activity is conducted under the principal Divortex brand.

## What certifications do your products hold?

Our production and environmental management have been certified through independent audit under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The scope of each certificate is set out on our quality page.

## Can I obtain technical and safety data sheets for a product?

Technical data sheets (TDS), safety data sheets (SDS), CLP/GHS label information and the shipping information required for dangerous goods transport (ADR) are provided on request. Simply name the product you require in the contact form.

## Can I have car care products manufactured under my own brand at Divortex?

Yes. You may select from the range sold under Divortex's DVX brand, or request a formulation developed for your requirement, and have car care and cosmetic products manufactured under your own brand (private label).

## What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The minimum order quantity varies with the product selected and the pack type. Starting at small volumes is possible. Please complete the application form for an exact figure.

## May I bring my own formulation, or must I select from the existing products?

Both options are available. You may begin quickly from the existing DVX range, or request that a formulation be developed for your requirement.

## Is the label and packaging design prepared by Divortex, or is it submitted by us?

You may submit your own label and packaging design, or request design support from the Divortex team.

## How long does sample supply take?

For products selected from the existing range the sample process is completed quickly. For bespoke formulation requests the time varies with the complexity of the formulation.

## Which product groups is contract manufacturing available for?

Contract manufacturing is carried out for exterior care, interior care, wheel and tyre products, the fragrance and perfume range, technical maintenance sprays and many further categories.

## Does Divortex also carry out contract manufacturing for export?

Divortex's production infrastructure is operated under the Greenlora umbrella, offering contract aerosol manufacturing and export solutions together with export conformity certification for markets such as the European Union, Saudi Arabia, Russia and the Eurasian Economic Union, and the United States.
