# Contract manufacturing under your own brand > We manufacture car care, marine, industrial and carpet cleaning chemicals under your own brand. The formulation is developed in our own laboratory and production is carried out at our plant in Tuzla. ## How the process is conducted Five steps, from the initial enquiry to dispatch. The work we carry out at each step, and the information expected from you, is defined. 1. **Enquiry and sample** — We assess which product group you require and the conditions in which it must perform. We send a sample from our existing range, or prepare an initial sample against the properties you describe. 2. **Formulation approval** — You trial the sample in your own operation. Adjustments to performance, dosage, viscosity and fragrance are applied in our laboratory, and the formulation you approve is placed on record. 3. **Label and packaging** — The artwork is yours. You send us the finished label. By uploading it to the preview on this page you can review how it will appear on the container before production. The artwork submitted is assessed against the product's hazard classification and the regulations of the market in which it will be sold. Should a warning mark or phrase be missing, we notify you before production begins. 4. **Production** — Production is scheduled in line with the approved formulation and packaging. It is carried out through processes audited under ISO 9001, and every batch is placed on record. 5. **Dispatch** — The order is packed and shipped. The technical data sheet, safety data sheet and dangerous goods documentation the product requires are supplied with the shipment. Our service is not limited to Turkey: we deliver on a global scale, with Europe, the Middle East and Russia foremost among the markets we serve, and we prepare the export and customs documentation the destination country requires. ## What is contract manufacturing? Contract manufacturing is the formulation, filling, labelling and packaging of a product at a manufacturing partner's own plant, for sale under your brand. In this model, also called private label, you need neither a production line of your own, nor a chemical laboratory, nor a packaging supply chain to manage. Market-specific certification is prepared on request. - **TDS**: Technical data sheet. The product's application, dosage rate, method of use and physical properties, issued separately for every product. - **SDS / MSDS**: Safety data sheet. Composition, hazard classification, transport, storage and first-aid information in the international format. - **CLP / GHS**: Classification, labelling and packaging conformity. Hazard pictograms, the signal word and hazard statements are checked on the label itself. - **ADR**: Road transport of dangerous goods. UN number, packing group and consignment note details are provided for the products it applies to. - **Export documents**: Certificate of origin, invoice and customs paperwork. The shipping file is completed to the document set the destination country asks for. - **Market-specific conformity**: The conformity requirements markets set for themselves: the European Union (UFI / PPWR), Saudi Arabia (SABER), Russia and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAC), and the United States (TSCA). ## How do you choose the right contract manufacturer?
